Perfect for after-work gatherings and weekend celebrations alike, waiting for you is an impressive food and drink offering, a fantastic line-up of free live music, a -10°C ice bar and the Bavarian Village. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is also now home to a brand-new comedy club, contributing to the fantastic offering of live events this season, with nightly shows.

Bringing an authentic taste of Old Bavaria to central London, Winter Wonderland’s Bavarian Village will be complete with cosy chalets, outdoor seating, bars, cafes and restaurants. Home to the best of festive entertainment, the Bavarian Village welcomes the return of the firm festive favourite DJ Josef with live performances in the Bavarian Hall… and this year the German songster extraordinaire is back with some of the nation’s favourite sing-along tracks. The Bavarian Hall is home to live bands and DJs and a mouth-watering array of food and drink stands. Indoor bars will serve Bavarian beer on tap and food options include a selection of Bratwurst and traditional Oktoberfest-style fare, all providing a truly authentic taste of winter. Table reservations, including food and drink packages are available and can be made online.

Festive fanatics are invited to raise a glass to 2018 and wrap up warm at the capital’s coolest venue this winter, in the spectacular surroundings of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland’s Bar Ice. With the tables, chairs and even glasses all sculpted entirely from ice, guests can sip on a complimentary festive cocktail which is included in the admission price. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will also feature Ice Sculpting Workshops for the first time in 2018, where Christmas crafters can learn tips from expert ice sculptors and create their very own masterpiece in a bespoke sculpting studio.

Bar Hütte is this year spicing up after-work drinks and festive celebrations, with the return of its alpine-themed bookable cabins. Each cabin includes a karaoke machine (or ‘carol-oke’ since it’s Christmas!) so you can grab the mic and sing-a-long to all the Christmas classics and latest pop hits, in style, with a cocktail in hand. Revellers can enjoy apres ski vibes in groups of up to 20 in these pre-booked spaces. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2018 also sees the arrival of Bar Hütte’s walk-in covered bar area with cosy winter terraces, blazing fire pits and daily entertainment.

Regular live entertainment is also programmed on The Fire Pit stage presented by Southern Comfort. Music-lovers can expect to find a mixture of live music including appearances from Winter Wonderland favourites – Disco Flames – who perform 70s disco music. The Arctic Lodge with its cosy interiors and open fires will also boast an entertaining line-up of covers bands throughout the season.

Inspired by the Sami people of Lapland, Thor’s Tipi boasts a striking exterior and beautiful twinkling winter garden, surrounding three giant Scandinavian tipis. Once inside, punters will be transported to a Scandi-style Christmas, enjoying a fine selection of craft ales, mulled wine, indulgent hot chocolate, Prosecco and more.
