19 Crimes To Host Wine & Grind Event To Celebrate In Person Dating

Robin Williams once sad “Reality, what a concept” and although it had a different meaning, it seems we now look at meeting in reality as a whole new experience.

As the world slowly starts to wake up from the past 15 months of staying at home, the kind folk at 19 Crimes wine want to celebrate a return to human interaction by hosting a free event for those whose dating life have taken a toll on the past events.

Taking place at TT Liquor in Shoreditch, the ‘Wine & Grind’ event is a chance for daters to pick up a glass of 19 Crimes new launch ‘A coffee infused red wine called the deported’ alongside some tapas and conversation.

And the best part is, the event is for FREE. Yes you heard right, no need to splash out on a fancy restaurant with food you pretend to like. Just ask your date to come along and enjoy an evening at one of the coolest venues in London.

19 Crimes was recently ranked #1 in Wine List’s The UK’s Favourite Wines,

A recent survey found that coffee and wine were the top two most popular drinks to order on a first date, with wine just pipping the top spot. So 19 Crimes want to offer you the chance to enjoy both in the same glass, and for completely FREE on Thursday 8th July.

The survey also found some interesting results, which you can keep a note of and share with your date at the event – (you’re welcome).

It found that the decision to drink alcohol on a date comes down to whether both parties are drinking. Almost a third (32%) of single Brits said they’d feel awkward drinking wine if their date wasn’t.

On the other hand, almost a quarter (24%) of UK singletons like to share a bottle of wine on a date. Good news, too, if you know a thing or two about wine – 17% of single people said they find it attractive if their date knows a lot about wine. So get reading up on 19Crimes.com ahead of the event.

And if you want to make a good impression on your date, moderation is key. Almost a third (31%) of single people said two glasses of wine is acceptable on a first date – no more – while 7% of single Brits think it’s unacceptable to drink wine at all on a first date.

HOW DO WE GET TICKETS?

Here are the details and link to register for tickets but get them quick as once they are gone, they are gone. Of course it doesn’t have to be a love interest, it could be a mates date – whatever the occasion, why not raise a glass of 19 Crimes together.
