The biggest week is upon us -London Cocktail Week

While most people are still talking about the latest collection from some strange designer that was at London fashion week and what’s hot this season, there’s only one week we have locked on our radar and that’s London Cocktail Week

Kicking off on 8th October and running all the way to Sunday 14th, London will be transformed into a Mecca (shouldn’t really use that word) for cocktails.

Like no game of hide and seek is complete without a base LCW is setting up camp in Covent Garden’s seven dials where there will be lots of fun to be had.

The area will have a London Cocktail Week shop filled with must-have cocktail making equipment and act as a hub from which you can collect your wristband.

Get ready to shake, sip and party your way to a fantastic celebration of the capital’s unrivalled cocktail culture.

From there, you can go on to visit the area’s mix of high end luxury hotels, underground bars, retail spaces and exclusive members clubs, which will be buzzing with tastings, masterclasses, pop up shops and cocktail parties.

These seven streets will be the must-visit of the week so if you want to be part of a week of fun sign up online, reserve your wristband in advance and then let the fun begin.

If you can’t get to Covent Garden then have no fear, outside of Seven Dials, the London Cocktail Week Cocktail Tours will once again be taking place, with some of the best bars in the city throwing open their doors to offer a bespoke London Cocktail Week cocktail for just a mere £4 to wristband wearers.

The London Cocktail Week vintage Routemaster buses will be offering free transport out to the areas not within walking distance of Seven Dials and will be leaving from Centre Point at 7pm and 9pm, because nobody should drink and drive!

Registrations for the £4 London Cocktail Week wristband and bus pass are available now at Londoncocktailweek.com.

Then get down to London Cocktail Week shop in Seven Dials from Sunday 7th October to collect your wristband. Once the week gets going, they will go up to £10 – so get in there now to save you £6, which can be used towards a late night kebab or McDonalds.

Oh and just in case you were wondering London Cocktail Week is now in its third year and is the largest festival of its kind in the UK. A celebration of London’s unrivalled cocktail culture, the festival offers innovative, exciting and inclusive events for consumers, and challenging and forward-thinking events for the trade.

Cut The Cap will be down there as much as possible so if you are going send us a tweet and we’ll hopefully we’ll see you there.
