We always like to bring you good news and we don’t think we’re going to disappoint with this! Combining two of our favourite things, Threadneedle Bar at The Royal Exchange has launched a new range of smoky cocktails!
It probably hasn’t escaped your attention but smoked flavours are having a moment in cocktail culture and the trend is set to grow even further in 2018. The distinctive smell of smoke is sure to trigger memories of summer barbecues and of course our favourite cigar – and could be the perfect boost to see you through the rest of winter and into spring.
The new menu offers smokiness to cocktail aficionados in two ways: through intrinsically smoky ingredients such as whisky and mezcal which feature prominently throughout the menu, and by infusing key serves with wood smoke for a robust flavour and unique immersive experience.
Each cocktail boasts its own distinct personality and has been carefully crafted for depth of character and complexity – just the way we like them.
