You all know our love for Ron Zacapa runs deep. Only a few days ago we were delighted to be in the Little Grain, Salzburg enjoy some 2015 Reserva Limitada, it was fantastisch as they say in those parts and its even in the picture below, how clever of us. Anyways back on topic.
This Spring, Luxury rum brand Ron Zacapa is partnering with Typing Room’s pioneering Head Chef Lee Westcott to showcase and celebrate the gastronomic art of slow dining, and together they are hosting a unique and exclusive luxury supper club experience for consumers on 9th May at Typing Room.
Lee has created a sublime three-course menu which will focus on slow cooking techniques and feature a rare ‘edible wonder’, perfectly encapsulating the essence of Zacapa. Each dish will be carefully paired with World Class cocktails crafted by Brand Ambassador, Dan Dove using the incredible flavour profile of Ron Zacapa 23, Ron Zacapa XO, and the newly released Zacapa Limitada. [Extra good news bit] The delicious ‘Zacapa & Leek’ cocktail from the evening combining Ron Zacapa 23, honey roasted leeks, chestnut, allspice and balsamic vinegar will then remain on the menu at Typing Room for three months, allowing visitors to savour the serve right the way through the summer.
