Now the weather is warming up, I took to the man shed for a cigar and rum pairing review. The cigar in question was a Partagas Mille Fleur paired with some Bacardi 8 Year rum.
The cigar was from a 2015 box picked up from duty free in Malaysia and has had a few months in the humidor.
Overall a nice cigar. Nothing to write home about but a decent everyday smoke. However the rum was delicious and something I will look to pair with other cigars. The sweet finish gave almost a coating which worked well to combat the spice and tobacco from the Partagas.
