Meat lovers unite, as National Steak Day is coming on Thursday 25th April for a day to celebrate one of our favourite dishes.
National Steak Day brings together restaurants who serve the very best steak in order to cement this day in the nation’s minds and get everyone enjoying steak.
Across the day participating restaurants will be offering 25% off at least one of their cuts of steak or have a special menu available offering value for money for us customers.
Founder of National Steak Day, Nathan Evans says, “We want to celebrate quality meat and quality steak. We appreciate that both environmentally and for health reasons we need to be eating less red meat but the message we want to communicate is that if you are going to be eating meat you should be consuming the best of the best. National Steak Day was created to showcase the quality and excellence in our industry and to rally together to support steak businesses across London, the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland. With the likes of World Porridge Day and National Doughnut Week in existence, it seems strange that we do not
currently have a National Steak Day.”
Something we can definitely get behind. We’ve always wondered how many steaks we can eat in one day and 25th April seems to be the day we take on this challenge.
