The big blockbuster season is over and while the superhero’s take a holiday and the robots and aliens have buried the beef, its time for the serious Oscar contenders to shine.
Today we have the first full trailer for Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom starring one of our favourite actors and London boy Idris Elba as Nelson Mandela.
The film shows A chronicle of Nelson Mandela’s life journey from his childhood in a rural village through to his inauguration as the first democratically elected president of South Africa.
Check out the trailer below. We think it could be Elba’s ticket to picking up a gold statue (that’s an Oscar by the way)
