Visit the beating heart of London Cocktail Week co-hosted with Ketel One Vodka. Here you can collect your wristband, get drink-making tips from the experts who will be showcasing their skills behind the bar and serving Ketel One canapé cocktails.

The Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands training team will be running an array of daytime workshops in their Home of Cocktail Culture pop-up – on everything from flavour science to Savoy cocktails.

The best parties always happen in the kitchen and with this in mind, the Monkey Shoulder team has decided to throw away the bar, and build a kitchen for aspiring Cocktail Chefs. Join us and raid the cupboards, pull up a stool and make your own drinks (with expert supervision of course).

Euphorium Bakery will be transformed into a Bloody Mary Garden, serving a full menu of twists on the Bloody Mary. Expect Bloody Marias, Red Snappers and even more weird and wonderful expressions, plus, the original classic, a spicy as you like it.
