To celebrate “National Chip Week”, February 18th to 24th, The Dining Room restaurant at Playboy Club London is launching the “Hef Burger with Chips… and a Chip”. The Dining Room, which is the brainchild of New York-Korean celebrity chef Judy Joo, has fast become a favourite haunt of the stars. Diners include: hip band The Kills, Hollywood legend John Malcovich, Mercury Award winners Alt J, Marina and The Diamonds, Professor Green, Mark Ronson and Grace Jones.
Diners can revel in the famed ‘Hef Burger’, which Cut The Cap can only describe an indulgent, over the top mammoth consideration that will make you feel like Hef for the day—“rich in every way”!
Just in case you where wondering what all the fuss is about The Hef boasts 100% house ground Wagyu beef and this feast in a bun harbours a pinnacle combination of choice cuts that yields a juicy, luxurious and sinfully moreish burger. Not only is this patty perfection, but it is also pimped out in style with our homemade baked brioche roll, a bespoke Playboy sauce, and a side of golden hand cut chips. What else could possibly make this meal more memorable? How about throwing in a little Marilyn Monroe and a glass of bubbly?
Playboy are honouring National Chip Week like only they know how and are offering a limited collector’s item chip. This special chip hails not from the humble spud, but rather from the glamorous iconic covers of Playboy. Marilyn Monroe, Barbie Benton or Anna Nicole Smith (8 different covers, pictured below) will grace your meal with their presence via a unique poker chip. These chips may easily find their way home with you, or can be redeemed for a glass of our house champagne.
This ultimate ‘Burger with Chips and a Chip’ is available for £40, beginning the launch of “National Chip Week” Feb 18th, at lunchtime or dinner, seven days a week. And Good news for non-members The Dining Room restaurant has recently opened its doors to you from Sunday to Friday on a reservation only basis, between midday and 10pm – so its not just members who can try their hand at being Hef for the day!
