Football, done. Festivals, done. Fun, done? Maybe not… Just when you thought Summer was over and there was anything good to look forward to along comes On the Roof with Q!
This September they are teaming up with Dalmore Whisky and JJ Fox Cigars to host a Whisky and Cigar tasting evening on the Roof of Selfridges – a rather fine combination even if we do say so ourselves.
High above the streets of London, in the unique outdoor dining and drinking experience, found at Selfridges own secret rooftop garden. On Tuesday 16th, guests will be able to sample 3 Dalmore whisky’s (*fist pumps*) along with two matched Cuban cigars (*even more fist pumping*).
Whether you are a Cigar connoisseur, someone who likes the odd Cigar or a complete novice this event will introduce you to wonderful Cuban Cigars along with the world’s most revered single malt, Dalmore. Start with a welcome cocktail and learn how to cut a Cigar along with helpful Cigar tips from a Cigar expert, on buying, smoking and storing Cigars – we’ll be there too and will even throw our 10-pence worth in too. A carefully matched whisky will follow with a short introduction of the whisky, to include of course their Cigar Malt Reserve by Dalmore – which, if you were wondering is superb.
Tickets for the event include a welcome whisky cocktail, 2 Cuban cigars with paired whisky are just £35 and must be booked in advance, with limited spaces available. More info is here and bookings can be made here
