Next month, On the Roof with Q is teaming up with JJ Fox Cigars and El Dorado Rum to host a Cigar and Rum tasting evening on the Roof of Selfridges – we know talk about perfect combos, right?!
High above the streets of London, in the unique outdoor dining and drinking experience, found at Selfridges own secret rooftop garden. On Monday August 18th, guests will be able to sample what are widely considered by many, us included to be two of the best rums on the market: the 15 and 21 Year Old El Dorado Rums. And if that wasn’t enough they will be paired with 2 fine Cuban Cigars.
Whether you are a Cigar connoisseur, someone who likes the odd Cigar or a complete novice this event will introduce you to wonderful Cuban Cigars along with liquid gold from award winning rum, El Dorado.
The proceeding will start with a welcome cocktail and one of our all time favourites – a Rum Old Fashioned with a splash of coconut water and for those that need to there will be an opportunity to learn that all important skill of how to cut a Cigar along with helpful Cigar tips from a Cigar expert, on buying, smoking and storing Cigars.
A carefully matched rum will follow with a short introduction of the rum by El Dorado – a story well worth listening too…
