On the shelves from May, Kopparberg Frozen Fruit Cider offers a unique Swedish twist on the rising American trend for frozen drinks as it hits shelves in time for a scorching summer – we can hope right?!
Packaged in a nifty metallic pouch, they should be frozen for eight hours then simply squeezed into a glass and garnished with either a tangy wedge of lime for the classic favourite, Strawberry & Lime, or a cooling slice of cucumber to compliment the fresh and floral Elderflower & Lime. It’s then time to kick back in the sun and enjoy with your favourite cigar.
Believe it or not the frozen cider was inspired by a cheeky April Fool’s prank shared with the Kopparberg online community, anyone remember the Kopparberg ice-lolly that turned into a but of a phenomenon.
