Join us on this Thursday, 19 September at 6.30pm for the cigar and whisky tasting, taking place on Orrery’s rooftop terrace.
If you’re new to Orrery you are certainly in for a treat. Orrery is located on the first floor of a converted stable block, overlooking St Marylebone Church gardens in the heart of Marylebone village. After years of neglect, the original Burtons Stable Building was renovated in 1997 to provide space for a long, slim restaurant with banquette seats flanking one wall, a lovely view through large arched windows opposite and luckily for us an excellent terrace.
The event itself will be unique evening hosted by an expert from world renowned cigar importers, Hunters & Frankau, working alongside a whisky expert from Dalmore Whisky.
Starting the evening with an Old Fashioned, the ideal aperitif to start your journey through the evening, you will then have the opportunity to taste one hand-rolled Havana cigar with three specially paired malt whiskys – Dalmore 15, King Alexander and, to finish, Cigar Malt.
The event is priced at £35pp and will also be accompanied by a selection of canapés created by Igor Tymchyshyn, Orrery’s head chef.
