Brunch.London : a new era of brunching in London has arrived

The best meal of the week just got even better; mimosas, eggs royale, croissants, lazy Sundays spent with good company, the papers, a complete lack of hurry or rush. That’s what awaits London this summer thanks to the launch of Brunch.London

Cut the Cap had the pleasure of attending the launch event down at Sketch (@sketchlondon) off Regent Street for a classy way to start any morning. We’d already heard of their great afternoon tea, but their brunch is also just as celebrated.

For those who haven’t had the pleasure, Sketch describes itself as a destination for ‘food, art and music‘ and as such was a perfect venue for Brunch. London’s arrival on the scene. The modern decor with delicate food was a nice touch, whilst the stylish venue added an element of class with the artistic decor.

Brunch featured a range of pastries, coupled with some world-class Ketel One Vodka Bloody Mary’s (@ketelone). No brunch is complete without one.

So what’s the deal?

Brunch as we know it has become a phenomenon over the past decade – becoming slowly an important part of any Londoner’s weekend – a chance to catch up in a quieter spot, away from the pubs and bars of London’s nighttime scene.

Brunch.London promises to cut out the queue we see far too often on Sunday mornings by allowing you to book from London’s biggest variety of brunches – from the Four Seasons to Balans and onwards – all through a very simple interface.

The team have scoured all corners of London to bring you the latest and finest deals – boozy or teetotal., relaxed or bustling, weekday or weekend there really is something for everyone. For those in need of a client meeting with a different edge, there are great options here too! New venues are added almost daily from what we can see.

Beyond the standard brunches there are even special events – think ‘detoxing yoga followed by blowout brunch‘ or ‘19th century furniture warehouse chic‘. That’s something different for the weekend.

Their next project is AfternoonTea.co.uk – which sounds like the perfect accompaniment for a fine cigar to us, watch this space for a collaboration soon…

Cut the Cap are big fans – what a simple way to take the hassle out of any weekend – check out their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and be sure to book an experience soon.
