This is not going to be a long piece (hooray!) but it will hopefully be one that leaves you with one of those great feelings… that of ‘I’ve seen it and now I MUST have it’…
Some time ago, 25 years to be exact, a small company from Oregon (Nike) bought a stylish shoe manufacturer by the name of Cole Haan, then proceed to do almost nothing of note… until now! And in our most humble of opinions it has been worth the wait – behold the Cole Haan Wingtip Lunargrand!
Innovative. Modern. Essential. Those are the words of Cole Haan and who are we to argue? Looking at what has been created we’re hard pushed to understand why someone hasn’t done this sooner. It has the classic and dashing good looks of a shoe with the cushioning and flexibility of a trainer all wrapped up in a stylish NYC street feel – seriously what more could you want?
They are available in suede and leather for men and leather for women but (as far as we can see, please tell us if find out otherwise) unfortunately only available in the States. Sad face.
Now if like us you are intrigued by technical aspects of this hybrid shoe trainer creation then fear not we have investigated all (i.e. gone on the website and borrowed some info – don’t worry Cole won’t mind you looking)…
And if still need convincing (yeah right!) then just take look here…
And here >>>>
Right we’re off to eBay to see if we can get a pair…!
