NOLA Bar Creates New Cocktail Menu

Shoreditch’s New Orlean themed bar NOLA has created a new menu just in time for the festive season, giving you an extra reason to head down and light up a cigar on their terrace.

As the nights get longer and the air grows cooler, they have created a range of autumnal drinks guaranteed to leave you feeling all warm inside.

With the appointment of Scott Gavin, NOLA’s newly appointed Bar Manager, the team have created innovative and refined interpretations of New Orleans classic cocktails. The new cocktail list delves into the ideology of Avant-Garde by exploring barrel-aged classics as well as complementing drinks with homemade Cajun ingredients

The original menu is an archive of classic cocktails such a 21 day Barrel-Aged Vieux Carré, complemented with homemade dark chocolate and whiskey filled beignets or seven day Clay Pot Rested Mezcal Negroni, rested and rounded in Terracotta carafe, served with Cajun pickled carrots on the side of a glass.

Theatre and showmanship are on display with the long-anticipated Café Brulot cocktail being offered to guests via their new tableside trolley service as well as a selection of new cocktails created by the NOLA team collaborating with renowned New Orleans bartenders to create authentic and tasty drinks.
