September is a great time of year, the leaves are starting to fall off the trees and although you won’t find ‘A foggy day in London town’ you will find that all month its Jack Daniel’s birthday.
Due to the exact date not being known, Jack Daniel’s celebrate all month long and this year they have something special up their sleeves.
In London for the first time we are able to take a tour of some of Frank Sinatra’s top London haunts to celebrate Jack Daniel’s® Sinatra Select – a special edition Tennessee whiskey that celebrates the everlasting relationship between Ol’ Blue Eyes and Jack Daniel’s.
We reported on the launch of Sinatra Select a couple of years ago when it launched in Las Vegas and eventually rolled out across the world.
So to celebrate all month there will be special events all over town. Whether it smarvelling at an original Frank Sinatra tux in Selfridges, enjoying a pre-dinner tipple at the LONDON Edition Punch Room, dining at one of Sinatra’s favourite restaurants Santini, or relaxing over a nightcap in The Savoy, you’re invited to experience a complimentary Sinatra on the Rocks during the month Jack Daniel celebrated his birthday. And why wouldn’t you want to raise a glass for Sinatra and Jack?
Sinatra’s bond with London was evident throughout his career; frequently performing at the London Palladium, Royal Festival Hall and Royal Albert Hall, it was the British audiences that kept him coming back, along with the Capital’s famous range of shops, bars, restaurants and hotels. So to honour his love of London Jack Daniel’s are offering you the chance to experience London ‘Sinatra Style’, through a series of events which we are planning to get to as much as possible:
Sinatra Selects… The Savoy – guests staying in the Sinatra Personality Suite at Frank’s much loved London Hotel will receive a complimentary Sinatra on the Rocks nightcap in the world-renowned American Bar, or the theatrical setting of the Beaufort Bar
Sinatra Selects… Santini – one of Frank’s favourite Italian restaurants will serve complimentary Sinatra on the Rocks to anyone over the age of 18 that orders his favourite Lemon Posset at dinner time
Sinatra Selects… The Punch Room, The London EDITION – the nostalgic charm of this bar would have been an obvious choice for Frank. Order its limited edition Sinatra Punch made with Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel® in September and you will receive a complimentary Sinatra on the Rocks
Sinatra Selects… Selfridges – Frank exuded style and sophistication, which this desirable department store would have more than catered for. Frank’s spirit will come alive throughout Selfridges, whether enjoying a complimentary Sinatra Select masterclass in the Wine & Spirit Shop, musing over a Sinatra cocktail in Harry’s Bar, or admiring an original tux worn by Ol’ Blue Eyes himself. Sinatra Select will also be running activity in the Birmingham and Manchester stores
