Something we want to do more of this year is bring you new cocktails and places to enjoy them.
Our first cocktail comes from our friends at Woodfood Reserve with their new serve called ‘Beetroot To Yourself’.
Available at The Blind Pig in Soho, London the cocktail uses beetroot syrup hence the name, and is made quite simply.
Ingredients:
35ml Woodford Reserve
25m Cocchi Torino
20m Campari
10m beetroot syrup

Stirred. Served straight up
